En 1939, la nation impérialiste de Germania commence à envahir les pays voisins. Depuis, la guerre s’est propagée à travers toute l’Europe. Un an plus tard, une sorcière du nom d’Izetta se réveille après un long sommeil. Cette dernière décide de protéger Fine, l’unique fille de Rudoph III et héritière au trône du petit royaume d’Eylstadt. Izetta & Fine devront faire face à l’empire de Germania qui a attaqué le royaume !
