L’histoire nous entraîne dans le quotidien de Reiji, un employé exploité qui se retrouve transportsé dans un autre monde. Une fois arrivé, il va utiliser ses compétences pour créer de meilleures potions que celles existant dans ce monde. Grâce à cela, il va obtenir beaucoup d’argent, lui permettant d’ouvrir une pharmacie. Il va ainsi rencontrer toutes sortes de patients, comme une elfe ayant des problèmes pour viser avec son arc ou encore un dragon crachant du feu sans le faire exprès. Nous allons donc suivre la palpitante nouvelle vie de Reiji en tant que pharmacien.
